The intersection of Bigelow and 6th circa 1950.  Along the left hand side of the photo is is the Duquesne Pilsner sign.  Today this is the site of the U.S. Steel building.
Pieces of Duquesne Brewing remain throughout the city, most notably the big ol’ clock in the South Side, though the names on the clock have changed a number of times since it was erected in 1933.  It will undergo yet another name change this year.
