Doors of Lawrenceville, Pgh.
I’ve probably posted a link every time there’s been any mention of a transportation project in Pittsburgh, and virtually all of them, with the exception of the dreaded North Shore connector, have fallen flat.
But still, as I read this I can hardly contain myself. It sounds like a really neat project, and I hope we see it happen!
And if it’s not too much to ask, the trollies should look like this:

“Drawing from the city’s roots in the steel industry, the park will feature steel benches and retaining walls, native plant species and incorporate shaded areas, said Christine Brill, a Lawrenceville resident and local architect.”
My favorite rusted out paddywagon. Lawrenceville.
